2. Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the College website and online fee payment portal, the user agrees to the following terms:
Online Admission & Fee Payment Facility
- The online portal is provided for student admission and semester fee payment convenience.
- Payments can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI using ICICI Bank gateway services.
Accuracy of Student Information
Students must ensure that correct details are entered, including:
- Mobile Number
- Roll Number / Enrollment Details
- Semester/Course Information
The College is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information submitted by the user.
Transaction Confirmation & Receipt
After a successful payment:
- A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
- The student will be able to download/print the fee receipt immediately from the portal.
In some cases, if the payment status is not updated instantly due to banking or technical delays, it may take some time to reflect in the College records. Students are advised to check the updated status later through the College software under the menu:

Failed or Pending Transactions
In case a transaction fails due to technical or banking issues:
- The amount (if deducted) will be reversed by the bank/payment gateway as per their policies.
- The College will not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Use of Portal
Users are advised to use the portal only for lawful and academic purposes. Any misuse may result in necessary action by the institution.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
General Refund Policy
The College follows refund rules as per:
- Gujarat University guidelines
- Government of Gujarat regulations
- Institutional admission and fee norms
Online Fee Payment Refund
Fees paid successfully through the portal are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in genuine cases such as:
- Duplicate payment made by the student
- Excess payment
- Transaction error confirmed by the bank/payment gateway
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded only to the original payment source/bank account.
- Refund processing may take 7–15 working days, depending on bank procedures.
No Cash Refund
Refunds will not be provided in cash. All refunds will be processed through online banking channels only.
